Citrus Collards with Raisins Redux
Recipe featured in Vegan Soul Kitchen by Bryant Terry Ahhhhhhhhhhhh mouthwatering tender collards with a citrus finish. I put a new spin on the recipe by adding golden raisins along with the California raisins. I will never go back to sauteed collards with olive oil. The recipe comes with a wonderful musical soundtrack recommendation and suggestions on how to cut your collard in a chiffonade style- a techinque that was new to me. For me this could be a stand alone main dish. I would highly recommend Bryant Terry's cookbook featuring 150 vegan recipes. You can look forward to more taste testing from this venue.
